The post holder will be a self-starter that relishes a challenge, who is prepared to support and develop the Finance function of the Institute. They will need to be a hands-on Head of Finance who understands the mechanics of working within a small organisation, with competing and evolving priorities.

Our Risk and Resilience programme currently delivers a programme for all young people in Greenwich to facilitates positive changes in behavior towards relationships, identity and gender. This will be achieved through a programme of sessions that address: sexual behaviors, healthy relationships, consent, porn, violence, substance misuse, identity, and conflict resolution. Broader outcomes, as a result, will include reducing substance misuse and involvement in crime or risky behavior.
Role
You will need to show a strong commitment to young people and show an understanding of the factors affecting young people’s lives. You will be working closely with the young people to facilitate positive change and tools to manage risk. You will evaluate referrals and conduct initial assessments with young people before completing the risk and resilience work, or refer to more appropriate services as needed, internally within METRO, within Greenwich partners, or externally.
The role involves delivering client-facing work in a flexible and relatable way, as well as attending key meetings in the boroughs to gain referrals. You will be responsible for reviewing one-to-one and group session plans that support positive behaviours tailored to the feedback given from venues, are interactive in nature, and are supported by current policy and research.

The Role
As a Heartlands Fundraising Officer you will primarily be based at Heartlands Hospital in Birmingham, with occasional travel to other hospital sites and off site to attend meetings and events.
You will be key in helping to build new relationships with the public and hospital staff within Heartlands Hospital, as well as with existing supporters.

As Head of Insight, you will lead the development of the evidence and insight programme to inform our strategy and support our policy, public affairs and influencing work within the healthcare system. About you
You will have knowledge and awareness of the UK health environment and be experienced in using health data, research, evidence and insight to influence or communicate with stakeholders.

The Role
As a QEHB Fundraising Officer you will primarily be based at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, with occasional travel to other hospital sites and off site to attend meetings and events.
You will be key in helping to build new relationships with the public and hospital staff within Queen Elizabeth Hospital, as well as with existing supporters.
The role includes proactively going out to meet people to provide information about the work of the Charity and inspiring people to fundraise. It also involves spending time in the Charity Hub to speak to hospital staff, patients and members of the public and tell them more about our work.
Within the role there is opportunity to grow and develop into areas of interest and learn about the work of the wider charity.
The Fundraising Officer will work closely with other members of the hospital Charity, providing secretarial and administrative support to the Fundraising Team and the Charity overall, including having responsibility for accurate data inputting of donations, fundraising and Gift Aid claims and correspondence with donors and fundraisers.

The Role
As a QEHB Senior Fundraiser you will primarily be based at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, with occasional travel to other hospital sites and off site to attend meetings and events.
This role is for someone with previous experience in fundraising (ideally 3-5 years) within a Charity, with a proven track record of delivering on income targets and proactively generating fundraising leads and ideas.
The Senior Fundraiser will work closely with other members of the hospital charity and will be responsible for delivering demanding fundraising targets from corporate and community fundraising groups both inside and outside the hospital.
This role will cover fundraising for all aspects of the hospital, including the hospital charity’s work with military patients.
This role will be responsible for designing and implementing new fundraising projects, with the aim to drive income and increase engagement with the wider community.
As well as generating a substantial income stream for the Charity, the successful candidate will also work alongside the Communications Team to increase both engagement and income generated.
The post holder will also be involved in the organisation and delivery of fundraising events for the Charity.
This role will involve occasional evening and weekend work at networking events, charity events and those organised by our supporters.

Support Coordinator
We’re looking for an innovative, passionate, and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join our Stroke Recovery Services based in the Crewe area.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to provide support following a stroke.
Position: S11131 Stroke Association Support Coordinator
Location: Home-based, Crewe however, extensive travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work-related meetings)
Hours: Part-time, 28 hours per week (flexible working)
Salary: Circa £20,470 per annum (FTE circa £25,588.50 per annum)
Contract: Our services are contracted, we currently have funding for this contract until 31 March 2025.

The Stroke Association Support Coordinator will:
· Support new stroke survivors and their carers from hospital discharge into the community.

The role is the pivotal connection between Finance and the Fundraising and Workshop Delivery teams.
