The Eve Appeal, working together with the Department of Health and Social Care, is delivering a groundbreaking programme on gynaecological health to small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in London and beyond.
We are entering the final year of the programme and pivotal to its success will be bringing new SMEs on board so that we can deliver our health information to their staff. Up until March 31st 2025 there is no charge for SMEs to join the programme.
As Sales & Marketing Executive you will lead on researching and approaching new SMEs to joint the programme, complete all necessary contracts, lead on overall project management and co-ordination of the program, liaise with our external evaluators on monitoring and evaluation and other administrative tasks as directed.
This role will also line manage the Programme Leads – our staff who visit SMEs and deliver our health information talks.
No formal qualifications are needed for this role, nor is previous charity sector experience. What is important are the skills, experiences and potential you bring.

Your new role in detail
- To work effectively, efficiently and flexibly in support of the Director and Deputy Director.
- To proactively manage incoming emails, correspondence and telephone enquiries by responding directly, redirecting to the correct recipient etc. and to deal with outgoing communications appropriately.
- To maintain and manage the diary of the Director and Deputy Director, to ensure time is utilised effectively and efficiently
- To manage the Communications Inbox for the PSC team.
- To liaise with the Finance department regarding payment of PO orders.
- To book transport and accommodation for the Director and Deputy Director.
- To maintain the electronic and paper filing systems used by the Director and Deputy Director and team members, including scanning documents where necessary.
- To organise meetings, including PSC team meetings, Director Lunches with staff, and meetings of SEG (Staff Engagement Group), involving internal and/or external people: arranging dates and venues, ordering refreshments, co-ordinating the production and circulation of agendas and papers in a timely manner before the meetings, attending meetings to take minutes, distributing minutes.
- To ensure external visitors are notified in advance to reception (for security purposes), and to welcome and assist visitors on arrival.
- To type letters, reports etc. in Word, including assisting others by re-formatting documents.
- To prepare high quality PowerPoint presentations for the Director and Deputy Director.

What we are looking for:
- Excellent planning, administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, confident in dealing with people at all levels whilst demonstrating professionalism and diplomacy

You will pro-actively support the Associate Director in their role by providing an effective, efficient and complete administrative support service on a day to day basis. You will support the Senior Leadership Team by preparing and analysing local and national performance reports and monitoring information as required.
You will support the Associate Director and the Senior Leadership Team in their responsibility for leading bids and contract negotiations with the NHS, as directed.
You will also support the Associate Director by making sure they are prepared for internal/external meetings, with advanced copies of all required documentation.
This role will also support the Senior Leadership Team in their responsibility for the day-to-day management and operational performance of the clinical and other services within the division, as required. You will deal with personnel correspondence for the Senior Leadership Team in a confident and confidential manner.
