Full-time, 35 hours (part-time may be considered)

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People is looking for a full-time Manager to work at our Head Office, based in Saunderton. The successful candidate will be responsible for the induction, training and ongoing support of Hearing Link Volunteers.

The successful applicant with have exceptional communication skills, the ability to work as part of a complex and dynamic team and will thrive on spending time with people of all types.

Experience of training, coaching and mentoring others is desirable as well as thorough understanding of the challenges faced by those with hearing loss.

Experience of working with volunteers is not essential; however, a good understanding of how peer-to-peer support programmes work is necessary, as well as an ability to understand the volunteer-charity relationship.

UK-wide travel will be a requirement of the post due to the diverse geographical nature of our volunteers.
