The Heart of Kent is looking for volunteers to help their busy charity shop based on Camden Road in Tunbridge Wells. 

Volunteers can help in a front-of-house role, talking to and serving customers, receiving donations and ensuring that the shop floor is well-presented and welcoming.

If you prefer, you could help behind the scenes preparing and pricing clothes to be sold, sorting games, puzzles, DVD's and other items ready to go out on the shelves. 

This is a rewarding role where you will be working as part of a small and friendly team. There is the chance to develop skills new skills such as using the till, get experiences for your CV or just to get the feel good factor from helping this charity raise the vital funds they require.

We are looking for individuals with lots of enthusiasm and motivation who would like to assist the shop manager is making this a welcoming and successful charity shop.
No experience is required and training is provided.

Volunteers  must be aged over 16 years of age (volunteers aged 16-18 years must provide parental consent). However there may also be opportunities for  Duke of Edinburgh Award students minimum age 14. They will need a Kent County Council child work permit
