Job Title: Operational and Marketing Account Executive
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Full time/ permanent
Location: Remote working by agreement
We are working in partnership with HEART UK, a charity that provides expert support, guidance and education services to healthcare professionals and people and families with concerns about cholesterol. They are seeking an Operational and Marketing account Executive to support the Dietetic Adviser and Business Development and Marketing Manager in the day-to-day delivery of corporate partner accounts, assisting in the effective implementation on all projects and meeting corporate partner expectations. This role will also support the wider team from a marketing perspective, including coordinating the charity’s digital communications.
The successful individual will demonstrate:
- Experience of all key areas of marketing communications including digital marketing, website content and experience of using a website content management system and social media in a work context to deliver stakeholder engagement.
- Project Management experience
- Responsible for all administrative tasks including tracking income/expenditure against projects
- Providing reports from Google and Mailchimp and reporting the performance of project activities
Key responsibilities include the day-to-day internal handling of projects both on and offline, and when called upon, attend meetings with corporate partners. Coordinate all our communications through our digital channels and off-line. Being our resident expert on the website backend. You will be a self-starter with positive team working ethic who is willing to take the initiative and proactively engage with supporters. Strong presentation skills with a creative and entrepreneurial outlook. Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills required, with the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people.
