Job Description

Based in Pokesdown, Bournemouth

Full time 37 hours per week over 5 days Monday to Friday

Temporary Maternity Cover position for one year

This post offers an exciting opportunity for those wanting a career in human resources, to further develop skills through involvement in all aspects of HR including recruitment, induction, organisational & service changes, staff forum, training, policies, monitoring systems and administration. 

Candidates should have HR advisory level experience, be able to work on their own initiative and be an active team player. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential to provide a comprehensive generalist HR support service. You should be well organised, confident in knowledge of employment law, providing HR guidance to managers and staff and be confident using different IT packages.  Your willingness to be flexible and adaptable is key and will ensure this is a rewarding and challenging position.
