Overview of role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the Health and Welfare team in the Programme Department covering the role of Health and Welfare Manager. This role is integral to Help Musicians and therefore requires a unique mix of skills and experience. You will be responsible for managing the Health & Welfare team to deliver an effective, professional and positive Health and Welfare Service that reflects the guidelines and priorities of the Health & Welfare team. You will work closely with the Acting Head of Health & Welfare to develop and implement new services reflective of the needs of the musicians that we support.
To be successful, you will have experience in a senior role, managing and leading a large team within the Social Service or Healthcare sector where you demonstrated the highest standards of support provision. With excellent project management skills, you will be experienced in integrating new systems and processes and will be competent in data analysis to inform the effectiveness of support services. You will have the ability to assess individual beneficiaries’ needs and build appropriate support responses, together with managing complex casework. Strong IT skills and experience of using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Grant Management systems is also essential.
