About the role
As our HR Advisor you’ll be responsible for delivering a high-quality HR service to colleagues across the charity (based in London, Belfast and Glasgow). Working with a passionate team, you’ll ensure you understand managers’ needs, what they have to achieve and how HR can enable them to deliver their plans.
It is a truly generalist role where you’ll develop a wide range of HR experience through overseeing recruitment campaigns, advising and coaching managers on all people management areas and delivering to our people strategy, including supporting the Head of HR with our employee wellbeing and engagement plans.
To be successful you will need previous HR experience at a similar level, with direct experience of effectively advising managers on a range of people matters and plans.
You’ll ideally be CIPD qualified and your knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice will ensure your advice is sound and pragmatic. You’ll be a clear communicator, collaborative with effective interpersonal skills, and able to manage competing priorities effectively to ensure the delivery of a high-quality HR service.
