We are seeking a Partnership Support Officer who will:
Support local authority areas where local practitioners trained by HENRY deliver our evidence-based, family support interventions (programmes and workshops), within their own service.
Deliver HENRY practitioner training
Hold responsibility for data oversight and the creation of outcomes reports for the team
We are looking for candidates with experience of training delivery or programme facilitation, who enjoy supporting others to achieve, are flexible and empathetic and have good communication and people skills.
The PSO will hold a portfolio of local authority partnership areas, liaising closely with a nominated local Coordinator, providing support and encouragement to ensure HENRY services reach local families and are implemented effectively. This will include, being proactive in keeping in touch, responsive to questions and queries, and supporting local practice development; leading to positive and lasting outcomes for families. This role also has a responsibility within the team for the creation of data reports and will suit someone who is has an eye for detail and is highly organised.
The post-holder will become trained as a HENRY trainer and will deliver HENRY practitioner training and/or family support services. Please note, training delivery will involve regular travel within the UK including overnight stays for usually two nights at a time, approximately once a month.
This position can be based anywhere with remote working, or at our national office, (6 Elm Place, Old Witney Road, Eynsham, Witney, OX29 4BD). If home based occasional travel to our national office, approximately every two months, will be required at your own expense.
