Business Analyst (Benchmarking & Improvement)

Full-time – 35 hours per week

STARTING SALARY £35,389 - £39,323 (dependent on experience)

Based Sydenham, London SE26

We are looking for a Business Analyst (Benchmarking & Improvement) to join our Business Improvement Team.  Reporting to the Business Improvement Manager you will provide support, data, systems and an understanding of our business that will enable us to improve the services our front-line staff offer to our customers.   You will undertake satisfaction survey work and benchmark against other organisations to ensure continuous improvement. 


This is a fantastic opportunity to embark on a career where you can make a positive difference to service delivery.  We are really flexible about your previous experience, and this may be the first step in your Research and Business Change career.  You may have worked in a front-line housing role, have a background in business analysis/research or have a relevant degree.  We do ask that you have a good understanding of research and statistical methods, excellent IT & communication skills along with an ability to analyse, understand and resolve complex problems.
