About the role:
There has never been a more exciting time to join us. With the implementation of a new fundraising plan, we are ambitious to grow to help even more people with learning disabilities.
We are looking for a passionate and professional individual to join our team to help us engage with new and existing supporters. As the Fundraising and Supporter Care Officer in Central England, you will help maximise income and awareness for Hft by supporting the Divisional Fundraising Manager in developing regional fundraising activity.
You will assist the Divisional Fundraising Manager to achieve ambitious targets by proactively supporting individuals and organisations in their fundraising activities for Hft. No two days will be the same as you’ll be working with services, individuals, groups and corporates, supporting them with their fundraising ambitions.
We have big ambitions at Hft. However, these can only be achieved with the right people with the right skills and attitude.
The successful candidate may have a proven track record in fundraising or a supporter care administrative role and have ideally worked in the charity sector. But equally you could be looking for your first job in a charity; or someone outside of the sector looking to gain some amazing experience in a brilliant fundraising team. You will be self-motivated and task focused with excellent time management skills.
You will need to:
- Have a full UK driving licence and access to a car.
- Have a sufficient Broadband connection.
- Live in the region stated. Candidates who live outside should highlight an intention to relocate to the area in their covering letter for their application to be considered.
We look forward to hearing from you!
