HR Business Partner

As their HR Business Partner you will work across the organisation, providing strategic and operational support to management teams across the full HR remit, including employee relations, recruitment, talent and succession management, learning and development.

HR Business Partner Responsibilities:

Using your generalist HR knowledge and experience of what good looks like, you will have the scope to shape and influence change and the support from a dedicated HR team, to deliver true business partnering.

The HR team you will be joining is in a period of transition, taking on a more partnering and collaborative role in their organisation and therefore in addition to shaping change at the organisational level, you will also have the opportunity to help shape the way the team works and support others in the team with their own development.

HR Business Partner Requirements:

They're looking for someone that is highly engaging, capable of developing relationships quickly at all levels and able to use their strong emotional intelligence to positively influence in the right way. Location: Cannock, WS11 7GF (with occasional travel)

Job type: Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: up to £43,000 per annum plus benefits
