The role of HR Executive will be an integral part of their team, this role is unique and will have vast exposure to all the different areas of the business. HR Executive Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for improving HR administration processes by working in partnership with the wider HR and operational teams
• Ensuring Bamboo HR is accurate - inputting starters and leavers, contractual amendments, change of details
• Maintain individual personnel files (on BambooHR) and e-files, making sure that all documents are accurately stored in line with company and statutory requirements
• Manage the colleague’s life cycle process documentation on BambooHR
• Be the first point of contact for colleague queries in relation to HR
• Support in the delivery of policy and procedural messaging to the operations teams where needed
• Work with the Digital Marketing team to ensure intranet documents are kept up to date for UK employees, such onboarding documents, wellbeing communications, benefit details
• Be a key contact for social engagement within the team, supporting their event organisation
• Helping to plan out posts for their colleagues Instagram page to help drive engagement
• Help manage comms to the business around benefits and correspondence with suppliers to ensure accurate set up of benefits for UK new colleagues where applicable
• Attend disciplinary and grievance hearings to take a record of the meeting
• Support recruitment in reviewing CV’s and the interview process if required
• Supporting with Right to work checks / Vias verification and DBS Background Checks
• Support the rollout of key HR annual cycles such as pay review, performance review, engagement survey
• Execute all duties in line with UK employment law and seek advice from the Head of HR Operations
• Undertake any other duties as required for delivery of effective HR administration and supporting the organisation

HR Executive Requirements:

• Previous experience in an HR Support function, dealing with a wide array of HR activities
• HR Systems / Time & Attendance System
• Precise, methodical work ethic and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously and flexibly
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Pro-active and self-motivated
• Proficient in the use of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power-point), email and the internet
• Confident communication skills
• Data inputting
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (desirable but not essential)
