IT Service Delivery Analyst

Our client is the UK's leading dementia charity. They provide information and support, improve care, fund research, and create lasting change for people affected by dementia.

IT Service Delivery Analyst Responsibilities:

The Service Delivery Analyst will play a key part within the IT Business Operations Team, delivering process documentation, reporting and analysis, as well as providing support to their end user base. They’ll be working closely with their managed service provider and other vendors to ensure that they are always delivering their services to defined SLA’s and striving to improve upon it wherever possible.

IT Service Delivery Analyst Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the ITIL framework and will have previous experience of working within other organisations prescribing to ITIL processes. They will have a very keen eye for detail, be commercially astute and will be expected to communicate to colleagues of all levels across the business.

This role requires a technical understanding of desktop, mobile and infrastructure technologies and it is essential that the successful candidate has an understanding of the impact of device and infrastructure technologies on end users, how this must be managed and communicated. This is also a key function in ensuring that their investments in support partners deliver value.

This role will report into the Service Delivery Manager and will sit under the IT Business Operations team within IT that forms part of the wider Finance and Corporate Resources directorate.

This role will hold no managerial or financial responsibility, although there will be some responsibility for purchasing, supplier and invoice management, and ensuring the department remains financially on track.

Salary: £31,982 - £34,925 - actual per annum (depending on skills and experience)
