IT Support Analyst 

Our client is expanding its busy IT department and looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career.

You will be responsible for delivering an efficient, customer-focused ICT service. Including desktop support, application/systems training and expertise and first-line problem diagnosis to their offices and external clients.

IT Support Analyst Responsibilities:

• Providing in-depth user support for our client’s in-house business systems (e.g., CRM, o365, ERP, Sharepoint and other systems) and act as a ‘guru’ to the business, helping users to work with them day-to-day and diagnosing issues.
• Providing local IT support to office-based staff. Record, track and document work in progress and resolutions as part of the problem-solving process.
• Performing hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing/building/maintaining workstations and hardware, implementing file backups, upgrades, patches and configuring systems and applications

IT Support Analyst Requirements:

It is essential you have recent experience of working in a busy IT Help Desk and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products including Windows 10, Office 365.

Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time, 36 per week (normally between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm)
Salary: up to £27,000
