They are now looking to add a new Office Administrator to their team. You will ensure the smooth running of the Office by providing efficient and effective administration and office support. You will present a friendly, helpful, positive and professional image as the first point of contact for staff, visitors, suppliers and partners both in person, in video conference and over the telephone.
Office Administrator Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for general office administration including calls, office minutes, supplier liaison and managing catering and conferencing equipment. You will also support the recruitment, training and operational teams as required.
Office Administrator Requirements:
You must be comfortable communicating appropriately to a variety of clientele and using tact and discretion with confidential information. It is preferable you have a minimum 4 years in an office administration role and experience as a receptionist presenting the face of the company
