£18,835.54 - £20,599.13 (Depending on experience)
Blended: Head Office with opportunities to work from home – Full time Office work required for the initial month of employment for induction purposes

Our client provides residential services for young people aged 16-25 years old. The young people they care for often require a high level of support to assist with difficulties they may have from self-harming, behaviour, and emotional difficulties. Their aim is to support the young people using a therapeutic approach to help them achieve their individual goals, in preparation for transition to adult life.

Our client's homes are always a hub of activity and energy where young people can feel safe, and staff enjoy coming to work. Your role will involve supporting the Recruitment Coordinator to ensure recruitment adverts are being published, applications are being processed, and interview dates are arranged with managers to ensure a timely service. You will review & update the ATS daily and conduct candidate tele-vetting calls to obtain relevant information and interview confirmation, as well as completing new starter paperwork and liaising with managers to offer new posts. This is an exciting role, and you will get the opportunity to visit each of our client's residential services, as well as attending and supporting with job fairs and assessment centres. Previous Recruitment/ Administration experience is essential, and you will work closely with the Recruitment Coordinator, where you will receive ongoing support and mentoring.

Essential requirements of a Recruitment Administrator

- Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle/ Currently undergoing lessons/test
- Previous experience of working in an Administrative role
- Confidence with communicating via phone to external and internal individuals
- Strong IT skills including the use of spreadsheets, data analysis, databases, email, presentations,
- Good numeracy & literacy skills
- Ability to work confidently remotely and utilise platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom

Desirable Criteria of a Recruitment Administrator

- Previous administrative experience within a recruitment setting
- Knowledge and experience of HR & ATS software
- Experience dealing with high volume of recruitment and onboarding candidates
- An Understanding of HR processes and procedures
