Recruitment Business Partner
As the Recruitment Business Partner, you will work closely with the HR Business Partner team and recruiting managers across all areas to agree recruitment and selection strategies, developing their employer brand and managing campaigns to ensure the attraction of great candidates.
Recruitment Business Partner Responsibilities:
This is a new role, in a growing team, providing a great opportunity for you to shape how they recruit and how they embed the charity in the local and wider communities. As an experienced, commercially minded recruiter, you will have the space you need to develop the role and the support of a really great team, when you need it. As someone who is motivated by results, they can offer the environment for you to be your best and realise your potential.
Recruitment Business Partner Requirements:
So that you can make your mark as quickly as possible, you will need to have Recruiter experience in a commercial environment, confidence using a range of channels and a flair for using creative techniques to attract, and be highly collaborative in your approach, demonstrating true business partnering.

Salary: Up to £30K pro rata - dependent on experience
