Student and Membership Engagement Manager

Our client is looking for a Student and Membership Engagement Manager to join their Qualification and Membership Team.

Student and Membership Engagement Manager Responsibilities:

The role of a Student and Membership Engagement Manager performs an important part in coordinating effective processes and support for member and student progression and retention. Providing an excellent experience throughout student’s qualifications and ongoing members continuing professional development.

Your role will include but not be limited to:

- Working with colleagues, particularly in customer services, business development, and marketing, ensure appropriate processes and support are in place to deliver our client’s targets for retention and growth of its student and membership base.
- Developing and managing programmes to deliver active branch and regional activity extending our client’s capacity to deliver in the UK and internationally by actively engaging with partner bodies, volunteer members.
- Monitoring and producing management information relating to student and membership progress and development.

Student and Membership Engagement Manager Requirements:

You will be dynamic, confident, and driven with excellent communication skills. You will demonstrate a natural ability to develop effective relationships and influence key colleagues across the organisation.

Location: They are currently working from home. In normal circumstances the role is based from their London office.

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full Time, 36 per week

Salary: £38,000 per annum
