Supporter Recruitment Executive
It’s not often you see a truly unique role but our clients brand new role, Supporter Recruitment Executive is just that.
In its simplest terms the roles’ key objective is to grow the numbers of signups that they have by engaging with youth organisations and schools across the UK and turn them into Fundraisers for our client. You can shape this role how you want to and you will have plenty of opportunity to use your creativity be it creating events, activities and challenges to inspire their young fundraisers. There will be a large amount of stewardship with this role which means you will be communicating regularly with both their members and their guardians and developing the processes to support their activity,
Supporter Recruitment Executive Requirements:
- They need someone who has experience of working with and understanding children. Being outgoing is a must and you will need to be able to motivate and inspire them whilst being able to articulate the benefits of joining our client. Alongside this you will have a good commercial awareness and be able to understand the return on investment with activities.
- This role will involve speaking to large groups of people either in person or remotely so you will be confident with this.
- It’s a target driven role and you will need to be comfortable with this as it forms a key part of the Charities strategic aims.
- The role will involve national travel and have a flexible working pattern to include weekends.
About our client:
They provide paediatric transfers across the UK. Their objective is to save lives, utilising specialist pilots, doctors, and paramedics and with their work centred on saving lives, improving clinical outcomes and being able to react quickly and efficiently to emergencies.
What is the project?
This is their exciting club for children linked to the charity, where children can learn about saving lives, helicopters, medicine and how a charity works. Their members get to go to special events where they can see helicopters and enter fantastic competitions. Contract type: Permanent
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 plus Car allowance
