We are looking for a creative individual to lead our campaigns and digital marketing activity.
Role purpose
The Campaigns and Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for attracting, converting and retaining supporters through our campaigns and digital marketing activity. The role will particularly suit a creative leader with a keen interest in supporter acquisition, data insights, analysis, testing and measurement.

Magic Breakfast is a registered charity providing healthy breakfasts to children and young people in the UK who arrive at school too hungry to learn, and expert support to their schools. Over 200,000 children and young people are on roll at Primary, Secondary, ASL / Special Educational Needs Schools and Pupil Referral Units that the charity works with, in disadvantaged areas of Scotland and England. Providing breakfast ensures that children start their school day with the energy and nutrition they need to be able to make the most of their morning lessons. JOB PURPOSE
Magic Breakfast’s mission is to end child morning hunger in the UK now and for good. The Campaigns Team develops strategy, creates plans and manages campaigns on issues and policy to influence key stakeholders and build public support to create systemic change and eliminate child hunger for good.
We are looking for a Campaigns Officer to join our small team to support the Campaigns Manager design, deliver and evaluate integrated and impactful campaigns in support of Magic Breakfast’s policy and advocacy objectives, including the designing, resourcing and creation of meaningful actions to communicate key messages to decision-makers, the media, supporters and the public.
You will be joining our campaigning work at a crucial point as we aim to grow our campaigner base, mobilise more people and carry out strategic campaigns within the context of an approaching general election and beyond with the new government. The role will work closely with colleagues across the Department and organisation to increase the impact of our advocacy messages and campaigns.

Your purpose
This year Voice 21 are recruiting to a newly formed Communications, Campaigns and Public Affairs department to help address these challenges. As Campaigns Manager, you will support the Head of Communications, Campaigns and Public Affairs to make oracy education ordinary, co-ordinating and project managing communications campaigns as well as leading content delivery. Your responsibilities

Campaigns (70%)
● Responsible for developing and delivering integrated campaigns working closely with Fundraising, Marketing, Customer Service and Service Delivery teams.

Job Purpose:
The Capital Fundraising Campaign Manager will use their existing experience, knowledge and contacts within the Midlands region to pave the way for Over The Wall’s successful capital campaign to open its first permanent site in Derby in 2026. Our new site will bring mischief and magic to seriously ill children and young people from across the UK, taking forward Paul Newman’s vision of a place where kids can forget hospital, ‘kick back and raise a little hell’.
During 2023 a significant body of work was undertaken to prepare for the commencement of the campaign in 2024, including soliciting a lead gift, preparing a strong case for support and preparing various projects for funding. Furthermore, we have begun cultivating relationships with prospective major donors; gaining the support of local politicians and businesses; paving the way for local community partnerships; etc, to facilitate the initial two phases of the campaign. The next steps are to set up a regional Development Board and begin to plan the approaches for major giving and alumni of the school site.
With support from the Capital Trusts Fundraising Manager (writing proposals for grant-based funding), and the Individual Giving & Philanthropy Manager, the Capital Fundraising Campaign Manager will bring together this project and manage its progress towards agreed goals and timescales. Working closely with the Director of Development, Chief Executive and Head of Marketing, the Capital Fundraising Campaign Manager will represent the project both internally and externally, taking on a truly 360-degree role.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with the Director of Development, Chief Executive and Capital Trusts Fundraising Manager to implement a comprehensive funding strategy for the redevelopment of Ockbrook School as the new permanent site of Over The Wall.
- Prospect and develop relationships with a portfolio of HNWIs in the Midlands region, with an interest in human philanthropy/ youth/ health and bring them on this journey with OTW.

Our Liberation and Campaigns Manager, and their team, will enable and empower students to influence their students’ union, their university and their communities in Bristol and beyond. You’ll lead on Bristol SU’s democratic processes and deliver engaging and exciting elections, student councils, workshops and more. You’ll be the expert on student led democracy, governance and campaigning, and with your team, you’ll offer our large network of student leaders, the support and guidance they need to represent their interests and campaign for change. Our Liberation and Campaigns Manager will be responsible for managing a key strategic area of our work, supported by our Head of Representation and Student Leadership.
We’re interested in radical change, so we give our managers the autonomy to make that happen. The person in this role will bring creativity to ensure Bristol SU's approach to democracy, liberation and campaigns is meeting the needs of our members. You’ll have the opportunity to drive forward our ambitions around community organising and activist support, building on Bristol SUs history of impactful campaigns. You'll be interested in and skilled at facilitating and enabling students to truly influence and shape their experience with us. You’ll be confident to develop and deliver exciting training to student leaders and advise senior staff on our democracy and governance processes. The person in this role will also manage some key stakeholder relationships, so you’ll be a credible communicator, building strong relationships and producing high quality reporting.

Overall purpose:
As Fundraising and Campaigns Marketing Manager in the Marketing & Communications team, you will drive Ben’s fundraising and commercial services with individuals and businesses within the automotive industry. You’ll work closely and collaboratively with colleagues to deliver the best possible results for communications delivered both digitally and physically (this can include content on our website, social channels, email and printed materials) to support the delivery of Ben’s overall strategy.
Principal Accountabilities:
