The Felix Project is London's leading food redistribution charity. We rescue surplus food from businesses, supermarkets, restaurants and farms. This food is nutritious, in-date, and safe – and includes a high proportion of fresh vegetables, fruit, meat and fish. If Felix did not rescue this food, it would be thrown away and wasted. Instead, we deliver it completely free of charge to local charities, schools, food banks, COVID food hubs and other organisations serving people in need. Right now, we are running a very high-profile media fundraising campaign with the Evening Standard and Independent, which is on track to raise 10 million pounds. By the end of 2020, we plan to have delivered enough food for 20 million meals. About you
You will be an experienced fundraiser with significant experience in securing six-figure grants and achieving fundraising targets from trusts and foundations. The ability to prioritise, plan and develop compelling grant applications will be key to your success in this role. An excellent communicator, you will have a strong analytical flair for thorough, detailed prospect research. You will be an excellent relationship builder that uses their creativity and experience to develop a strategy and approach that maximises income growth.
Role Overview
The Trusts Fundraising Manager will be responsible for delivering the trusts 3-year strategy and support the future growth of The Felix Project. The role will work closely with key stakeholders from across the organisation including managing the Trust Fundraising Officer. This position will be integral to the growth of income from both restricted and unrestricted sources through careful research, development of relationships and production of first-class proposals. We are looking for an experienced trust and relationship fundraiser who is motivated to work for a dynamic young charity helping the most vulnerable people in London. The role will require working from home until further notice.
Responsibilities
1. Strategy and Management
- With support from the Trusts Fundraising Officer, you will deliver the 3-year strategy to maximise income from trusts and foundations
- Implement the plan to time and budget, meeting specific financial and organisational objectives, targets and KPIs
- To manage and develop the Trusts Fundraising Officer
2. Securing New Income
- With support from the Director of Fundraising and Fundraising team, systematically identify, qualify and strategise a trust pipeline for restricted and unrestricted funding.

- Maintain accurate records of pipeline and secured income
3. Account Management
- To manage relationships and reporting needs from a portfolio of existing trusts and foundations

- Ensure that funders receive timely, relevant and motivating updates about The Felix Project and impact of their support

Essential Experience

As the Global Service Desk Analyst, you will provide support for Global IT services such as email, ChildData and Finance for over 9,000 staff in over 70 countries. 8. Oversee institutional funding and major gift budget expenditure and income.
About you

The Fundraising Officer will be responsible for supporting British Dyslexia Association community and events fundraisers, individual donors and other supporters, as we refresh the organisation to put our charitable purpose front and centre. We have great fundraising potential and this role is our first in several years dedicated purely to fundraising. It is an opportunity to put your skills and experience to give an excellent, engaging experience to our supporters, and grow our income. You will see the direct impact of the work you do on the lives of people with dyslexia and dyscalculia, and you will work with colleagues to ensure our incredible supporters know just how they have made positive change happen. Campaign Manager
We are seeking a Campaign Manager to oversee our newly recruited staff team and ensure effective delivery of the campaign, with a particular focus on political influencing, policy and research.
Campaign Manager Responsibilities:
To date the campaign has been entirely run by volunteers, but as it has grown and developed there has been an increasing need for staff support to ensure that we are as effective as possible and have the best possible chance of achieving our campaign objectives. The Campaign Manager will take on responsibility for the day-to-day running of the campaign, as well as developing campaign strategy alongside the campaign team who are all personally bereaved. The post-holder will bring experience in influencing political and public opinion in order to build a successful campaign, as well as an ability to build strong partnerships with other organisations and campaigns.
This role will line manage two other paid roles, the Press and Communications Officer and Campaign Coordinator. Support will also be provided by a large pool of volunteers with a range of responsibilities and expertise. We are really excited for the potential these new roles bring to take our campaign to the next level and amplify the voices of bereaved families to secure positive change.
Campaign Manager Requirements:
• A strong understanding of how a small campaigning organisation can work most effectively.
• Ability to supervise or line manage staff and/or volunteers.

About Covid-19 Bereaved Families for Justice UK:
Covid-19 Bereaved Families for Justice is a newly formed not-for-profit organisation working to provide a voice for families bereaved by Covid-19. We have more than 2,000 members who are all personally bereaved and at the heart of everything we do. We’re campaigning for a statutory public inquiry into the Government’s handling of the pandemic so that families can get answers and lessons can be learnt to prevent further loss of life. Alongside our campaign to secure an inquiry, we are also campaigning for improved bereavement support for families and to ensure that those bereaved are protected from hardship.
As a group of volunteers we've already produced agenda-setting front page news stories, garnered support from hundreds of thousands of people, given oral testimony to influential parliamentary committees, held high-level political meetings and been discussed by the Prime Minister in Parliament. We are seeking a Campaign Assistant to provide effective day-to-day support to the campaigning activities of the organisation, including through working with campaign volunteers, supporting internal and external campaign communications and ensuring smooth running of systems and processes.

We are seeking a Press and Communications Officer to generate and maximise positive media coverage of Covid-19 Bereaved Families for Justice, in order to further the aims and objectives of the campaign.
Press & Communications Officer Responsibilities:
To date the campaign has been entirely run by volunteers, but as it has grown and developed there has been an increasing need for staff support to ensure that we are as effective as possible and have the best possible chance of achieving our campaign objectives. The Press and Communications Officer will provide wide-ranging support to the campaign in ensuring effective media coverage and achieving maximum engagement with social media channels. This will include media liaison and monitoring for opportunities, interview booking as well as prepping and training spokespeople, sharing content on our social channels, as well as a proactive and innovative approach to getting our campaign in the news.
This role will work with two other paid roles, the Campaign Manager and Campaign Coordinator and be line-managed by the Campaign Manager. Support will also be provided by a large pool of volunteers with a range of responsibilities and expertise.
