Job description

The Policy and Research Officer sits within Home for Good’s Advocacy team, which works to bring about systemic change to see children thriving within homes that are havens and with a family or tribe by their side at all times. The Policy and Research Officer will ensure that Home for Good remains at the leading edge in its advocacy by building a knowledge base, disseminating knowledge across the organisation and drawing out expertise from within wider networks.

In this exciting role you will have experience in engaging with the political system, either through working within Parliament or having undertaken advocacy or policy work for an organisation in a similar or related field. You will be able to manage multiple projects efficiently, have excellent communication skills and be able to summarise complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
