In this new role you will be fundamental in ensuring our administration has the maximum level of support as we grow. Providing administrative support to the Chief Executive, Office Manager, Family Coordinators you will:
- Have skills and experience in administrative work
- Have proficient IT skills, including in database management
- Have knowledge of financial processes
- Be an excellent communicator, able to work with a wide variety of people
- Be able to prioritise effectively and manage a busy and varied workload
Hours of work: 19 hours / week (with the possibility of additional hours) (pattern of hours negotiable)
Salary: Pro rata £19,836 (FTE) (£10.31/hr)
