Hours: 30 hours per week
Contract type: Fixed term initially for 1 year with a view to a permanent position
Salary: £24,500 pro-rata (inclusive of £3,470 London weighting)
Start time: ASAP

You are a talented Administrator who is proactive, organised, enthusiastic and self-motivated. You are a competent and confident communicator with relevant administration experience and a flexible attitude to your role. Home-Start Southwark has been providing targeted early intervention for vulnerable children and families for the past 24 years. Our team of Coordinators recruit, train and support volunteers from the local community who help families to build on their strengths and increase their potential to make changes to improve their lives.
About the role
You will lead the operation of Home Start Southwark’s administrative systems and procedures, ensuring that they meet the needs of the charity. You will also work closely with the Director to support fundraising bids and meet reporting requirements for trusts and foundations. You will support Trustees to ensure all legal responsibilities of the charity are met.
