Homeless Link's Member Services Team are seeking Senior Learning & Development Managers to jointly manage & develop our homelessness leadership programme.
One post will be focused on providing the leadership programme to London based CEOs and will also lead the development of our specialist coaching service, that we run commercially to help staff working in homelessness focus on their personal development or unlock change. This is a fixed term post until 30 September 2024.
The other post will be focused on providing the leadership programme to CEOs across England and will also lead the development of our training business, that we run commercially to support the professionalisation of the homelessness workforce. This is a fixed term post until 31 March 2025.
We are looking for candidates who have experience of developing and implementing learning strategies and programmes as well as project development & management skills. A knowledge of homelessness or supported housing sector is desirable but not essential.
