Hope Health Action (HHA) is in an exciting period of growth and are looking for an accomplished fundraising professional to join our small team, taking the lead on our individual and community giving activities. Working alongside the Partnerships Manager and CEO, you will develop and deliver an exciting 3 year fundraising strategy that meets HHA's ambitious growth goals for the coming years, inspiring existing and new donors to support the growing portfolio of life-saving health, disability care, and emergency relief projects in Haiti and East Africa.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating and executing both offline and online appeals/campaigns, organising successful fundraising events, managing multiple work streams and inspiring volunteers. You will need experience in working with data to effectively record and extract key donor information. You will also be comfortable working with digital communication media (email, social, websites), and be able to use those effectively to deliver compelling supporter communications. HHA is a Christian charity so a good understanding of the Christian faith is desirable but not essential.
HHA has a small UK team so you will need to have the flexibility to work across multiple fundraising disciplines and have strong communication skills to work effectively with the rest of the UK team (often working remotely), but also other HHA teams and partners based in the US, Haiti and Uganda.
