Calling all superheroes! Do you have the superpower to connect with people in ingenious ways and inspire them to do amazing things?

We are looking for just such a superhero to lead and mentor our enthusiastic team as they engage with our supporters and donors via the phone, email, letters and text.

As our Head of Individual Giving you will deliver our Engagement Strategy over the next 5 years, and play a key role in increasing our annual income by £2.5 million a year to £9 million to ensure we can help every child and family that needs us.

Hope House and Tŷ Gobaith Children’s Hospices are very special places and we need someone equally as special in this exciting new role. You will have experience in a similar position and be target and data driven.  You will be creative, forward thinking, organised and full of ideas but happy to work collaboratively with others.

In return we offer a competitive salary, the opportunity to see your work achieving real benefits for children with life-threatening conditions and their families, and a great working environment within the hospices – plus cake, lots of cake!
