Job description

Hospice Hope, a North West Leicestershire based Charity has an exciting, new opportunity for an ambitious, experienced manager to lead our Charity through its next stage of development.

Heading up a team of seven part time staff and a large team of 70+ volunteers, you will be responsible for the introduction of new services to deal with the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak on our “guest” group, a rebranding and name change to “Bright Hope in North West Leicestershire” and a planned move in 2022 to a new building purpose built for the Charity.

The post holder will be a self-motivated individual who is able to be flexible and decisive in response to the changing service environment. This role is key to the continued growth of the Charity and will be essential to the continued and increased support to our guests/clients in the future. The role is pivotal in increasing referrals into the service, developing existing and new relationships within the community and raising the profile of our organisation.
