This is an exciting role in our Immigration team that will lead a team of solicitors and immigration advisors to offer high quality representation. You will continue to build partnerships across the advice sector and you will play a significant part in maintaining and developing our network to ensure we reach clients who need us the most. You will be a manager of the service first and foremost whilst maintaining a smaller caseload of clients.

As a PMO Analyst, a summary of your role involves:

This role is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-orientated individual to contribute to the establishment and ongoing operation of a new PMO. Reporting to the Head of Business Transformation the role will contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and processes within the Group.  

You will work closely with the stakeholders across the business to ensure consistent project management practices, provide analysis and reporting on project performance, and facilitate the execution of strategic initiatives. Your efforts will contribute to the overall success of their transformational initiatives. 

To be successful in this role you'll bring: 

- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall), governance principles and PMO best practices. 
- Significant and proven experience of implementing project lifecycles successfully in PM or PMO roles, demonstrating an understanding of governance and standardisation. 
- High proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar software. 
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and building collaborative relationships, including strong influencing skills with ability to gain buy-in from challenging stakeholders.

Location

The successful candidate will be required to live within a commutable distance to their office in Bradford.

Salary

The spot salary for this post is £40,000 for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.

As estate manager, your main duties will be to:

As a Group Capital Accounting Manager, you will provide accounting support on all areas related to fixed assets and grants, manage the reporting of fixed assets both from a Group and a subsidiary perspective and be key in delivering a successful audit process liaising with external auditors. Our highly skilled and diverse staff team provide a broad range of services including advice and support on immigration (OISC regulated level 1, 2 & 3), employment, welfare, education, ESOL, housing, homelessness, destitution, citizenship, health and wellbeing.

RMC have been assisting beneficiaries to access and sustain appropriate accommodation and improve their housing and living conditions for nearly two decades. RMC also deals with many aspects of homelessness, destitution, rough sleeping, exploitation, etc.

Ensuring the safety of their customers in their homes is a key priority for our client. As their Asset & Compliance Administration Manager your focus will be leading the team in a concise and structured fashion to ensure that processes and interactions aid the delivery of Customer Safety and planned maintenance. Your role will undertake a proactive approach to zero tolerance on Customer Safety and you'll ensure all aspects of customer safety / compliance are maintained, while supporting the delivery and completion of planned maintenance programmes. It's an exciting time to join them as changes in legislation mean that you'll be actively involved in improving their processes to achieve the best results. 

What skills/behaviours do you need to be an Asset & Compliance Administration Manager?

- Excellent understanding of Customer Safety regimes in electrical, gas, water hygiene, asbestos and mechanical/electrical and a clear understanding of cyclical regimes and remedial actions
- Presenting accurate information, clearly and concisely in reports or dashboards
- Ability to analyse performance information and pinpoint threats to Customer Service and financial performance
- Experience of leading a team towards achieving 100% Customer Safety, contract management, performance and budget management objectives
- Knowledge of finance and housing management systems

Location

The successful candidate will be required to live within a commutable distance to Bradford City Centre. They’re a keen promoter of agile working and encourage the use of working from home, as long as they meet their customer’s needs.

They’ll provide you with the equipment and software that you’ll need for the purpose of your role however it will be your responsibility to have an appropriate space to work from as well as a suitable broadband connection/provider.

Should you wish to work occasionally from any of their regional offices, you may do so on a hot desk basis which will need to be arranged via their online booking system.

Salary

The spot salary for this post is £44,559 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.

Collaborative and supportive, we believe that volunteers are a vital part of our growing movement for change. We support the mobilisation of volunteer’s to deliver Shelter’s strategic priorities and provide the infrastructure and insight that enables that mobilisation.

We’re a fast-moving team, working to support corporate volunteering operations and develop innovative ways to involve corporate volunteers that allows us to tap into their skills, expertise and time.

Corporate Volunteering is key to helping us win and maintain high value partnerships. We have successfully developed and extended long-term, sector-leading partnerships with companies including HSBC UK, B&Q, M&S and Network Rail across England and Scotland. These partnerships are an essential part of Shelter’s income and we work closely with the Corporate Partnerships Team to do this.

About the role 

This is an exciting role within the Volunteering Team. Your challenge will be to lead on the co-ordination and development of a meaningful, engaging and impactful corporate volunteering programme that delivers excellent volunteering experiences.

We’ll rely on you to effectively manage volunteering activities across our corporate partnerships. That will involve proactively leading work programmes and collaborating with colleagues across Shelter. The role involves working closely with our Corporate Partnerships Team – which is part of the High Value Partnerships department. They’re responsible for generating income by securing new corporate partnerships and managing and developing long term partnerships, the success of which is underpinned by volunteering opportunities.

Developing new corporate volunteering opportunities that align with our strategy will be important too, and, because we have a large network of stakeholders, you’ll also need to build a number of effective relationships as you actively seek out opportunities to collaborate in order to ensure success. Establishing robust processes and procedures, seeking to continuously improve them and working towards a consistent approach to volunteering at Shelter based on volunteer management good-practice – all are aspects of this interesting and unique role.

About you

With experience of leading the successful development of volunteering projects and solid volunteer management experience, you will be passionate about volunteering, with an excellent understanding of what makes a quality volunteer experience. You will have demonstrable experience of applying best practice principles to volunteering, To succeed, you’ll need experience of using innovative approaches to planning new volunteering activities and the processes that support them.

You’ll be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, including identifying conflicting demands and establishing clear priorities to meet agreed objectives. Your great communication skills include an ability to influence and negotiate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels. What’s more, you’ll be confident creating and delivering high-quality presentations both online and in-person. You’ll be experienced in managing the specific approaches needed when involving corporate volunteers as opposed to non-corporate volunteers.

This role will report to the Head of Business Transformation and will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and execution of priority projects within the Group.  

Working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time and budget, using agreed project governance, and meet the defined objectives. - Proven experience of project managing cross-functional large-scale projects in a regulated environment, preferably within the housing or real estate industry.

- Proven experience of implementing change management, including having delivered training, driven adoption and closed out projects.
