Job Purpose
As Manager of the new 13500 square foot ReStore, you will use your passion, experience and insight to create a compelling shopping experience for our customers. Job Description & Duties:
· Oversee all retail operations including store merchandising, selling, space management, stock control, etc.

About the role
Crisis Skylight Oxford supports people experiencing homelessness. The service is based in the Old Fire Station alongside an Arts Centre open to the public. As the Reception Manager (Skylight Coordinator) you will ensure that the reception area runs efficiently and effectively and is a warm, supportive space to anyone needing our support. You will manage the reception team and volunteers, ensuring the provision of good advice, information, and guidance.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have experience of managing a busy reception where people have presented with a wide range of issues and challenges. This role is based within our team in the East of England. As a Support Worker, you will provide exceptional housing support services and housing management services to a diverse range of service user including those on Bail, prison leavers, and those going through the criminal justice system.
The Team provides flexible and holistic support to residents with a wide range of support needs. We aim to support them to find and keep a stable home at the end of their CAS-2 placement. You will manage a caseload of clients in properties in your allocated patch in the East of England.
This role provides an excellent springboard into other criminal justice professions and housing roles.

- Plan and deliver effective support and safety plans with the service user referring to specialist agencies as required.

At the heart of Emmaus Greenwich is our companions. Companion is the name given to those who live in an Emmaus community and contributes to the social enterprise, where they support themselves and one another.
