About the role
- This is an exciting time for the Fundraising manager to join the team to aid in the income growth for Christ Church and St. Matthew's, including support for Agape, the community missional project.
- The Fundraising Manager will lead in building a pipeline of steady income from a range of income revenues including but not limited to creating and maintaining a grant program pipeline, and preparing engaging proposals for funders.
- You will help to develop a fundraising strategy to encourage the growth of regular financial giving and developing digital giving opportunities.
- You will generate new rentals for the available spaces to hire and build community fundraising partnerships.
- You will maintain accurate records, complying with policies on confidentiality and fundraising good practice.
- You will liaise with parish leaders and relevant stakeholders to support key initiatives.
About you
-You will have demonstrable experience in successful fundraising, including strategy development and individual giving.
-You will have outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken and be an effective relationship builder with the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
-Attention to detail is key to this role as well as strong numeracy skills and the ability to manage
-You will have effective leadership skills and commitment to professional development.
-You will also have the willingness to work in a Christian environment and support the missional ethos of the parishes.
- Experience in fundraising management and knowledge of Church of England structures would be desirable as well as the knowledge of Spanish, or willingness to learn.

Context and Responsibilities within this role:
- Creating and implementing a strategic targeted program of Mid Value, Major Donors, HNWI’s, Corporates, Trusts and Foundations fundraising.
- Developing and implementing tailored funding applications, with responsibility for ensuring compliance in any agreements;
- To nurture individual and corporate relationships with a view to securing fundraising opportunities in excess of £5k;
- To create opportunities to meet and develop existing relationships with supporters;
They are now looking for:
- Extensive experience of managing major donor programs and an understanding of fundraising and marketing within animal welfare and international organisations.
- A confident fundraiser with broad experience on fundraising principles, major donor programs and corporate giving;
- Substantial experience in developing corporate relationships;
- Excellent written communication skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills including presenting, negotiating and influencing;
- Proficiency in Excel, and other Microsoft office tools and working knowledge of CRM systems preferably Raisers Edge.

This newly created role will oversee developing, marketing and managing an individual giving programme that will include one-off donations, regular giving, digital fundraising, appeals and in-memory giving.
The Individual Giving Fundraiser will be a key member of the fundraising team with the task of producing compelling fundraising communications and stewarding individual donors. A main focus of the role will be positioning the charity attractively to potential new donors and then taking them on an engagement journey to result in regular gifts. You will do this with the support of a newly appointed fundraising agency.

Redemption Roasters is a specialty coffee company that believes that reoffending in the UK can be reduced through coffee.
At their roastery at HMP The Mount, Redemption Roasters trains residents in barista, coffee production and roasting skills as well as roasting incredible coffee for its range of London coffee shops and network of over 100 wholesale clients. The company also runs barista academies at 9 other prisons.
The UK’s reoffending rates are amongst the highest in the western world, and it’s costly on both a national and personal level. About the role

The person in this role will manage the company’s education channel, including developing strategy; overseeing delivery; and reporting on social impact outcomes. As Supporter Experience Manager, you will help us to champion and improve audience experience across the charity, including our support services, fundraising, campaigns, and marketing activity. · Audit all our current audience journeys, identifying the key KPIs for each and analysing how well the journeys are achieving their aims.
