Job DescriptionI am currently working on behalf of a well-known professional membership body. Their ethos is centred around creating a positive and progressive environment so therefore the culture of the organisation is naturally sociable and team-orientated and they are now looking to add a new HR Manager to their talented and friendly team.
As a key member of the team and reporting to the Director, you will spend your time delivering an expert HR service to the organisation by representing the organisation to a range of both internal and external stakeholders and being able to present the complex technical ideas to both specialist and non-specialist audiences. We appreciate some of the language could be new to you, but our client is very open minded regarding your professional background and I am more than happy to talk you through the role in more detail.
You will collaborate closely with managers and staff to develop inititatives that promote staff wellbeings and engagement, consulting with staff on a variety of key issues. As you setttle in to the role you will take on a range of complex Employment Relations issue that deal with disciplinary, grievance and other HR issues where you will be able to use your own knowledge of both HR and the organisation to display appropriate decision making skills. This is an ideal role for those of you who have a commercial approach to HR with the ability to deliver high employee satisfaction. You will also be heavily involved in providing guidance on development for managers and their teams with training & development as well as taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns.
