Prospectus are working with a flourishing Heritage organisation to recruit their next part-time HR Manager; on a permanent contract 3 to 4 days a week. Based in central London with a focus on their continued development, this organisation are soon to be introducing an exciting exhibition that will engage interest worldwide.
The HR Manager will be part of the SMT and will be responsible for establishing a strategic and responsive HR team, ensuring organisational objectives are met as well as providing a core HR function. Leading from the front this person will also play an important part in guiding the charity's HR operations during a challenging period of change and will ensure a stable and consistent service. The HR Manager will encourage a culture of proactive professional development and will line manage three people, including the Training & Volunteer Coordinator whose work will need to be overseen and reviewed.
The ideal candidate will be a HR generalist with a prominent knowledge of HR service provision including issues surrounding payroll, pensions, policy implementation and recruitment, they will be confident at demonstrating best practice. Due to the nature of this role, this person will have previously collaborated on a change management related project and will have the ability to work across the teams with a range of different people.
