I am working with a large reputable charity who are looking for a HR Services Team Leader for their growing HR Service Centre function in Leeds. The role will be to manage the change process to deliver a commercially minded HR shared service outfit.
Leading a small team of HR administrators your primary focus of the role is operational delivery. As the successful applicant you will be responsible for bringing together all activities relating to HR transactional services including contractual change letters, SAP database administration and record keeping to ensure accurate and legally compliant employee records are kept, along with facilitating the provision of accurate and timely HR and payroll services.
You will provide management information to HR Senior Management Team and Stakeholders to ensure the Service Centre model meets defined objectives and assist in business decision making processes
Reporting in to the HR Services Manager you will have the responsibility of leading, motivating, coaching and developing the HR Services team in line with Trust values and in accordance with budgetary and other resource constraints, to ensure that their objectives are achieved.
Other responsibilities will include the administration of salary sacrifice and other benefits on offer from the Trust. You will also support the annual salary review and lead the administration of required documentation ensuring associated accurate and timely SAP input.
