We invest in a brighter sustainable future for the 17 communities we support through educational programmes, the delivery of a feeding programme, an on-site clinic, and a number of community outreach programmes. We have an exciting opportunity for someone with the right skills, empathy, and experience to take our work forward and take on the role of Volunteer & Administration Co-ordinator. This role is a dual role overseeing both the volunteer strategy within the charity but also the administrative aspects.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, be able to work autonomously and have experience in networking, business support activities and supporting and training volunteers, with a track record of delivering high-quality results and be capable of working independently to targets and deadlines. Strong communication is important to establish a good working relationship with our team and volunteers, IT (SharePoint and Salesforce) and organisational skills are also essential.
