About the role
As Data and Salesforce CRM Manager, you’ll play a critical role in the success of the Development team. As a passionate advocate of Salesforce, you’ll help ensure we take a data-driven approach to fundraising strategy as well as supporter communications. You’ll help to inform our decisions on fundraising activities to enable a better experience for our donors and stakeholders, leading to a growth in our supporter base and grow our income for the future.
As well as managing Salesforce and key data, you’ll manage the integration with other platforms and systems. You’ll be the expert point of contact for our CRM system, improving its use and understanding across the organisation. You’ll also maintain the data to ensure compliance with all relevant data protection legislation.
You’re Salesforce CRM system certified and have significant experience of managing Salesforce, as well as having a strategic mind-set, to proactively identify new opportunities and improve data use and management.
You’ll also be a great communicator, helping to inspire our CRM use and understanding across the Development team and wider organisation. Finally, you’ll bring motivation and a passion to embrace the values and goals of our global organisation.
