As the Administration and Liaison Officer you will be the primary point of contact and the face of the Rugby foodbank for all stakeholders. My client, a fantastic national Charity now has an urgent interim requirement for a Senior HR Adviser to join their HR team for an initial 3-6 month period. Please note, this role offers fully remote working and requires a full-time, 35 hours per week commitment.
This organisation is looking to deliver a rapid review and overhaul of its HR service that currently supports approximately 300 colleagues and is looking for someone to provide additional support in the initial phases of this transition. As Senior HR Adviser you will work as part of a small HR team to provide a generalist HR service to the organisation, whilst also helping to drive the function forward by reviewing, identifying and recommending areas for future HR development and investment.
