Responsibilities within the role will include:
Directing and leading the HR function
Ensuring effective strategies, processes and systems are in place
Developing and implementing new organisational development and
cultural change initiatives in line with organisation-wide objectives
Managing the organisations recruitment, employment law and HR policy
As this is a role in an international organisation, applicants should relate well with people of other cultures and nationalities, and have excellent communication skills. Competency in a second language is desirable; basic IT skills are essential.
