We are looking for an enthusiastic HR professional to join our International Services UK team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a close-knit HR team, within a Christian charity with unrivalled global reach. You will be joining us at an exciting time as we prepare to launch our new strategic plan under the leadership of our new General Secretary.
Reporting into the HR Manager of Operations, you will be responsible for providing operational service through the HR department, developing and implementing HR procedures and systems to serve IFES staff and volunteers. You will be responsible for areas including recruitment, employee relations, and staff well-being.
You will be friendly and approachable, able to build strong working relationships with colleagues. You should have a good understanding of HR policies and practice, with a minimum of two years’ experience in administration or management, preferably in the charity sector.
As this is a role in an international organisation, you will have significant experience in cross-cultural contexts, and enjoy working with a diverse team and range of partners.
