We are looking for someone passionate about enabling student ministry to thrive. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with management experience to provide leadership to our International Services UK office, and to manage initiatives that support and equip a Christian charity with unrivalled global reach.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will ensure the smooth running of our International Services UK office, creating culture and environment in which staff can thrive. You will supervise two staff, as well as managing projects both sponsored by others and initiated by you. You will coordinate with staff at all levels, including those in our International Services USA and Asia offices.
Your project management will focus on initiatives that relate to our International Services offices, which provide practical support to the ministry of IFES, with the aim of strengthening national movements and promoting partnership and fellowship between them. You will be joining us at an exciting time as we prepare to launch our new strategic plan under the leadership of our new General Secretary.
You will be friendly and approachable, able to build strong working relationships with colleagues. You should have a good understanding of business functions and organisational development, with a minimum of five years' experience in management, preferably in the charity sector.
As this is a role in an international organisation, you will have significant experience in cross-cultural contexts, and enjoy working with a diverse team and range of partners.
If you recognise the importance of evangelical student ministry, are confident in your ability to work internationally, and are looking for a challenging role in a forward-thinking team we would love to hear from you.
