You will provide effective leadership to the team, as well as managing a caseload, ensuring the delivery of a high quality service and meeting performance outcomes. You will have responsibility for day-to-day operational planning and decision-making, and work with the senior management team to continually review and develop the service. You will respond to challenging and complex situations with a sensitive and measured response, in line with Imago Safeguarding and Management Policies.

It’s time to make a difference.
