The ISM is looking for a skilled caseworker with an interest in helping musicians tackle the many issues which they face in their working lives. The ISM has an excellent reputation for its services and advice and as a result it has doubled in size over the past 10 years and now has close on 10,500 members who come from every part of the music world.
The ISM is looking for a caseworker to advise our members in connection with the different types of issues which come up in the life of a musician from contractual problems, grievances, redundancy, termination of employment to changes in terms of conditions and unpaid fees. This is a very busy team dealing with many enquiries and therefore you will need to be a hard worker happy to go the extra mile to help our members fight their corner. You will be expected to deliver quick and accurate advice to our members via phone, e-mails and digital meetings.
A team player, you will have excellent written and interpersonal skills with great attention to detail and strong emotional intelligence.
You will be joining a professional staff team who are normally based in Bayswater, London but are currently working from home, where the emphasis is on good communication and team work.
