Central London - 9 month contract

This is an exciting time for a proactive professional with great written skills to join the ISM, the leading professional body for musicians with a reputation for its top rate services and campaigning. The ISM has doubled in size over the past 10 years and now has close on 10,500 members who come from every part of the music world.

The ISM is looking for an Advice & Information Officer to draft updates explaining government guidance across the four nations in connection with Covid 19 to our members. You will also create resources and advice pages relating to the professional aspects of being a musician sometimes with complex content, for our members and wider music community.

You will have a demonstrable track record of success in previous roles focussing on service delivery along with a working knowledge of the music sector and basic legal concepts.  A team player, you will thrive on going the extra mile and working in a fast-paced creative environment where the ability to multitask and work collaboratively across different disciplines is vital. You will have excellent written and interpersonal skills with great attention to detail and strong emotional intelligence.

You will be joining a professional staff team who are normally based in Bayswater, London but are currently working from home, where the emphasis is on good communication and team work.
