The ISM is looking for a dynamic marketing and communications professional to drive profile and growth at the ISM. The ISM has already seen sustained growth in membership over successive years and this is a trend we are keen to maintain.
In conjunction with the Head of Business Development, you will set the marketing strategy for recruiting and retaining individual and corporate members and lead on developing and delivering vibrant, memorable marketing campaigns. You will manage relationships with corporate members and actively identify and cultivate partnerships that generate membership growth and increase our profile.
You will create and deliver a strong communications presence that builds the ISM’s profile and lead on all non-external affairs related communications, including social media and press. You will be skilled at using digital tools to extend our reach. You will also lead on member communications, ensuring members derive value from their membership through awareness of new services, events and professional development.
You will be able to demonstrate significant effectiveness in previous roles and the ability to deliver successful marketing and communications plans.
You will be joining a professional staff team who are based in Bayswater, London but are currently following a hybrid model of work.
