The Operations team are a key function within the Corporate Services directorate whose ethos is to help colleagues across the organisation achieve their objectives by providing excellent support services.

Working closely with the Operations Manager and collaborating with colleagues from across the organisation, you will lead on projects to embed best practice in the key disciplines of facilities, reception, procurement, annuitants’ support and central administration.

Your experience will include coordinating office services including developing new administrative systems and processes; Procurement and maintenance of good supplier relationships; Health and safety in the workplace, including undertaking risk assessments and work-station assessments; Overseeing and co-ordinating business continuity plans and experience in recording and analysing complex data.
