This role is an integral part of a local team delivering a range of connection services across the community for older people who may be lonely and/or isolated. The post holder will act as the central point of contact for all referrals and enquiries to discuss whether the service is right for them and be responsible for pre-assessment with referrals, accurate data input, data quality, security, evaluation and maintenance of service user information. The role will require local travel and occasionally travel outside the local area. A driving licence is preferable, but not essential.
You should have good administrative and IT skills and experience of using Microsoft Office applications and databases for the recording of information. You will have experience of delivering good customer service, excellent communication skills and be approachable and friendly. You will be expected to work using your own initiative at times and have the ability to problem solve.
