The Volunteering Development Manager will play a critical role in shaping, developing and delivering a sector leading end-to-end volunteering experience at Independent Age.
With significant experience of supporting volunteering in a multi-faceted organisation and a passion for the difference that volunteers can make, the ideal candidate will be an expert in the best practice associated with the recruitment, onboarding and engagement of volunteers that operate in a variety of roles. An excellent people manager, with experience of leading and inspiring teams to excel, they will have a commitment to continuous development and improvement in all that they do.
