Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS) is looking to recruit a highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director and the Board during the busiest and most important period of our history.
The role is new and key to supporting the continuing effectiveness of IBAS as the leading ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) provider to gambling customers and businesses and to help us as we take steps to transform into the UK’s Gambling Ombudsman.
Reporting to the Managing Director this important position will play a central role in keeping IBAS organised and well run and includes governance and executive support, office and facilities administration, and events organisation.
We would like to find someone who demonstrates sound judgement with an ability to effectively prioritise tasks in a fast-moving and changeable environment; with a commitment to delivering results and a strong attention to detail; and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
IBAS is a small but growing organisation (current annual turnover £1m) and there is great potential for the successful candidate to grow alongside us.
