The International Network of People who Use Drugs (INPUD) is a global peer-based organisation that seeks to promote the health and defend the rights of people who use drugs. INPUD will expose and challenge stigma, discrimination, and the criminalization of people who use drugs and its impact on the drug-using community’s health and rights. INPUD will achieve this through processes of empowerment and advocacy at the international level, while supporting empowerment and advocacy at community, national, and regional levels.
INPUD is seeking a committed team member to oversee the smooth functioning of our Secretariat operations based in London by providing essential human resource, legal compliance, administrative and logistical support to a small, dynamic team working both in-office and remotely.
The successful candidate will have experience with human resources, financial management and highly developed coordination and administrative skills. Applicants should be highly organized, flexible and capable of working on own initiative as well as being a good team player. Excellent English communication and IT skills are essential with competency in other languages (Russian, French and Spanish) highly desirable. Experience in the NGO field, particularly in the drugs, HIV and human rights field is an asset! Candidates need to be willing to travel.
The position is based in London and the candidate must have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
